We would like to make you aware of a couple of facts regarding membership of AdultWork.com:

1) Anyone who is legally entitled to may open an account on the Site. (Legally entitled means an adult in an area where registering on the Site is not illegal.)

2) Registration is and always will be free. If you are asked to pay something to someone to get registered or verified then this is nothing to do with the Site. It is not required.

3) For new people unsure what AdultWork.com is there is this page that gives a basic overview: http://www.adultwork.com/PWOReg.asp . After that, there is the Help Centre that contains hundreds of articles offering advice and support.

4) Loaning, buying or selling accounts is strictly prohibited and if it is discovered that your account is involved, it will be closed permanently. Please refrain to pay anything to persons presenting themselves as AdultWork.com employees or agents, they are just hustlers trying to rip you off!

5) You, the person being advertised, are solely responsible for the operation of your account. If you choose to delegate control to another person then that is your choice but you will be held responsible for their actions on your account. If you do not trust an agent, studio manager, group manager or other assistant 100%, then do not give them your login details and definitely do not give them any of your ID documents.

6) Use your common sense. If you give your information, documents or pictures to anyone else, they may use them to create other accounts or worse. Thereafter they will be permanently blocked here.

7) You do not need the assistance of anyone to open an account here. Registration and membership are free and there is a Help Centre full of articles about how to do anything or get in touch.

8) Never give out your nickname or password in response to an email or SMS. AdultWork.com Administrators will never ask for your password.

9) To prevent unauthorized access to your account NEVER use the same username and password on other websites.
We may sometimes request certain letters of your password for identification purposes. If that is the case, the request will come from a something@AdultWork.com email address and will only ever be in response to a query you have raised.

Read this page carefully : http://www.adultwork.com/CurrentStatus.asp
in particular this paragraph 'Phishing - Calls, Emails, SMS & Skype'

Do not be fooled into giving your login details to fraudsters who claim to be from AdultWork.com

Please ensure that your AdultWork.com password is different to that which you use on any other site.

As there is a password remind facility, you must ensure that you are the only person who has access to the email address you have registered and that email account password is secure also.

Always use the Logout link when you have finished using the Site. Never just close your browser.

Within the Help Centre you will find useful articles that may help you solve your problem or will contain the relevant forms to complete to enable us to assist you.

If your problem is not covered in any of the articles, when you press "Close Window", (from within an article), you will be given the opportunity to complete a form where you can specify your problem.

If the content of your message matches certain article keywords, those articles will be displayed to you, in case they address the issue.

If they don't, then simply click the "Submit Feedback" button that appears underneath and your message will be entered into our system for review.

Contacting the site via the Help Centre will ensure a timely response.

We aim to respond to all Help Centre enquiries within 48 hours. If you do not receive a response, your query will have already been answered within one of the Help Centre articles.

Contrary to popular belief, we do not remove profiles for the fun of it. If your profile/account has been removed or is inaccessible, it will be because you or someone you are connected to has breached the Terms of Use in some way. Common reasons for deactivation are described in other Help Centre articles.

Due to the continued abuse of AdultWork.com by persons of High-Risk rated countries, all profiles which have been suspended or deactivated will not have the privilege of having their accounts reactivated.

If you have been recently suspended, when your suspension is over you might get a final chance to abide the rules of AdultWork.com. You are also entitled to perform (or receive) the final transfer of any pending credits left to your closed account. However, this rule doesn't apply to members being permanently suspended!

If you wish to continue to have membership with AdultWork, you will be required to register a new account, however upon doing so you will most definitely be on your last chance to abide by the terms of the site, that you are agreeing to once the account is registered. We cannot stress enough, failing to comply with the terms, will without question result in your membership being terminated.

A warning regarding your previous breach on your former account will be noted on your new registered profile.

Adultwork.com has a philosophy which is open and honest. We expect all members to follow this and conduct themselves accordantly. If you feel this is beyond you, simply don’t register and refrain from using the site.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We're not quite sure what's been happening in Albania but since the beginning of April, the number of models being swapped around on AdultWork.com profiles has reached an unacceptable level. Most accounts where this has been witnessed have been deactivated.

One profile per person and that person is the only person who is allowed to appear on cam.

We posted this message because we now require all Albanians (or performers in Albania) to ensure the following:

- All profiles must have at least one profile picture
- One of your profile pictures must show the face

We would like to point out that we do not enjoy making up these crazy rules. The need to do so comes as a result of the behavior of your country-folk. If everyone would just follow the rules it would be so much simpler for all of us.

If you are an Albanian member, please now visit your Edit Profile Page and ensure your profile pictures meet these new requirements.

We have deliberately not included any links in this post due to the number of fake emails and phishing sites appearing online. It's  known how to access the Site. Please do so ASAP.

Unfortunately the majority of members from Colombia and other South American countries have failed to take the opportunity to be 'open and honest' with AdultWork.com and the rest of the AdultWork.com Membership. An unacceptable level of the following activities is now being experienced on a daily basis:

- providing fake or forged ID
- creating fake/duplicate accounts
- falsifying their location via VPNs, proxies etc.
- abusing the DirectCam Tips system
- swapping models between profiles
- allowing underage members
- encouraging people to pay via PayPal for Skype shows.
- providing accounts to members in other countries, e.g. Romania
- pretending to be TV/TS
- performing with animals

Despite years of warnings and enforcement, hosts and studio managers continue to abuse the Site and its membership.

So now, and whilst all members are entitled to a review of the situation, until the majority of group/studio managers and members of South American nationalities can conform to the Terms of Use, enrolment in our Business Advisor's Support Programme is mandatory.

To reiterate, any member registering in, from or with a nationality of a South American Country (e.g. Colombia, Paraguay, Venezuela) needs to enrol in the support program offered by our Business Advisor for Eastern Europe that they call "ActFair". (A list of business advisors can be viewed here: http://www.adultwork.com/Advisors/ )

Any requirements for joining are enforced at the discretion of the Business Advisor who's decision is final and non-negotiable.

If you wish to offer services on AdultWork.com please contact our Business Advisor for Eastern Europe and enrol in the premium support program they offer, (which does attract a fee).

The fact that you wish to join a website without reading the terms first as well as the warnings posted to help the members is not our Site’s problem, it is only yours.

The Site warned all members to ignore messages coming from a different domain than adultwork.com, you should have read it before registering:

http://www.adultwork.com/CurrentStatus.asp   Phishing - Emails, SMS & Skype

We remind you that you’re solely responsible to maintain the login details secure.

If you don’t have the access anymore to your account, the only way is to open a new one.

In order to upload the required documents to your account, you need to be logged in and then access the following link:

www.adultwork.com/AdvisorVerification.asp

You may upload any amount of documents, consecutively, to any of the provided fields there.

Documents sent to us will not change your status, the only way to proceed to your verification is the one stated above.

If you have received an email, SMS or message on Skype from someone claiming to be from AdultWork.com or suggesting that you need to verify or provide login details to them, then you have been targeted by a phishing attack.

Phishing is when someone tricks you into giving out your login details and then they take over your profile, withdraw your funds and worse.

The message may ask you to reply with personal information or to click on a link that takes you to a "lookalike" AdultWork.com Site where you are asked to "Login".   Doing so enables them to get your real login information which they then use to access your profile here.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR LOGIN DETAILS, EVER.

Always check that the URL in your browser reads www.adultwork.com exactly and only. For example, adultwork.com.something.tk is not a legitimate site. If you think you may have been a victim of this scam change your password immediately. If you use the same password on your email account, change that too.
As a rule with any form of Internet-based communication, exercise caution when receiving emails, SMS or IMs requesting any kind of personal information. We will always ask for it to be uploaded to the Site and correspondence will always come from an @adultwork.com email address, (not something like webmaster.adultwork@live.co.uk, secure@update-adultwork.com, update@adultwork-security.com, customers@adultwork-verification.com, customers@adultwork-update.com, suport.adultwork@live.com or support.adultwork@outlook.com).

VAT

By SKL Team 24 Apr, 2016
You will pay the VAT only for the Site’s fee (Admin Fee), but you may deduct that amount if you are registered as a VAT payee in your country (either have a company or as individual payee registered).

AdultWork.com is only required to issue you an invoice for the charge they make to you - the admin fee. Whether they charged you VAT on that admin fee (or whether you need to account for it yourself under the reverse charge provisions) is also mentioned.

Regarding the gross credits amount and the net amount you receive, it is likely self-billing is the most suitable option but really depends on the advice you receive from your own accountant.

If the VAT or company details for your group are incorrect, remove them via the EU VAT Consumer page.
